Superintendent's Update: November 13, 2020
Update from Dr. Carter- August 28, 2020

Greetings Wildcat Educators and Parents,I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for working together over the past few weeks to ensure all of our Wildcats had access to distance learning or learning materials as we began the year online.During these uncertain times, strong partnerships between parents and the school district are more important than ever to ensure the success of our students. Thank you for rising to the occasion!Prior to the start of school, many parents selected distance learning for their children, while some wanted face-to-face instruction. Almost one week from now, on September 8, we will attempt to safely welcome those students back to campus who selected face-to-face learning.Remember our elementary students will attend school Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday; while our secondary students will attend school two days face-to-face, with the other three days being virtual. Wednesday is an online learning day for MPSD students. Please know that we have worked tirelessly to make our campuses safe for our students and staff. Please continue to be patient with us as we navigate these unchartered waters together.Continue to stay safe and always remember the pride associated with being a Wildcat!Sincerely,Dr. Amy J. CarterSuperintendent
