McDonalds HACER Education Tour

  • The McDonald's HACER® National Scholarship program has once again partnered with CoolSpeak: The Youth Engagement Company, to continue championing students' educational journey and inspire them to pursue a college career.

    The McDonald's® HACER® Education Tour is a series of workshop events consisting of motivational assemblies, leadership development workshops, and parental involvement workshops. The workshops aim to motivate and inspire students to overcome challenges and pursue a higher education; all to provide educators, students and parents with relevant inspirational messages and exposure to key educational resources, while bringing awareness to the McDonald's® HACER® National Scholarship.

    Student sessions: Motivation, HACER scholarship requirements, and resources for 9th - 12 graders
    Parent sessions: HACER scholarship basics and how to support our students
    Educators sessions: HACER scholarship basics and self-care
    Essay sessions: How to complete the HACER scholarship, and overall essay writing tips
