MPSD District officials are closely monitoring the inclement winter weather forecast for our area this weekend, January 23–25, 2026.

Reading for Rewards: Carver Elementary Unveils New Book Vending Machine

Hard work and reading comprehension are paying off in a fun new way at George Washington Carver Elementary School. Today, the school held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for a brand-new Book Vending Machine, a colorful addition to the campus made possible by a sponsorship from 1st Mississippi Federal Credit Union.
