24 students from Carver Elementary are participating in a STEM+Literacy Day Camp this week at MCM-Meridian. Students begin the day with a book that is read aloud, incorporating literacy connections, and then proceed with science, math, technology, art, and activities throughout the remainder of the day.

The Meridian Public School District (MPSD) is excited to announce that veteran educator Amanda Shadwick will serve as Principal of Carver Elementary School and Kimberly Pace will serve as the new Principal of Northwest Middle School for the 2023-2024 school year. Both were approved at the Special Called Board Meeting on Thursday, April 27, 2023.
