The vision of the Poplar Springs family is to provide an equitable academic, artistic, and social- emotional program that recognizes the potential of each child.
Mission:
Our school mission is to integrate the whole child in the learning process by developing and improving academic, artistic, physical, social and emotional well being. Within our learning community , we encourage each child to discover and develop "P.O.W.E.R." (Pride, Ownership, Work, Effort and Respect)!
Poplar Springs Elementary (PSE) has approximately 415 students in Kindergarten -5th grade with a staff of 65. For over 10 years, PSE has had an arts initiative engaging and educating students through the integration of the arts. Our school is supported by an exemplary PTO which strives to enhance learning opportunities for all students.
