Herlong visits Ross Collins Welding students

Mr. Allen Harwell's Welding students had a very special guest speaker. Mr. Arsenio Herlong, a 2010 Meridian High School graduate, talked with the students about his career as a layout welder at Fairbanks Scales.
Arsenio completed two years at Ross Collins Career and Technical Center in Mr. Harwell's welding class.
Upon graduation, he entered the workforce at Fairbanks Scales. Mr. Herlong shared his day-to-day work duties and many life lessons that he has learned over his fourteen years as a professional welder.
Mr. Herlong encouraged the students to make sure that they are paying attention in class daily and learning all about welding. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with our students. We appreciate your support!
