Meridian Public Schools Continues Free Breakfast and Lunch for All Students Through CEP

Meridian Public Schools is pleased to announce that the district will continue participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2026-2027 school year. Through CEP, all students will continue to receive breakfast and lunch at no cost during the school year.
 
The district encourages every student to take advantage of this opportunity and join us in the cafeteria each school day for nutritious meals designed to support healthy, successful learners.

Good nutrition plays an important role in helping students stay focused, energized, and ready to learn. Meridian Public Schools Child Nutrition is committed to providing quality meals that support the academic success and overall well-being of our students.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to remind students to participate in the school meal program each day.

A Reminder About Outside Meals

Students who choose not to eat a school-provided meal may bring a meal into the cafeteria for consumption. Outside meals must be brought in unmarked containers only.
