  • MPSD to implement additional Athletic Gameday Guidelines prior to October 2 home football game

    As a part of our continued commitment to providing a safe and secure environment for all fans, coaches, and student-athletes, walk-through metal detectors, and a no book bag policy will be implemented for all MPSD Athletic Events beginning with the home football game on Friday, October 2, 2020.

  • MPSD purchases new technology for students and teachers

    The Meridian Public School District will be getting extra help making distance learning possible for all students. Funds from the CARES Act and the Equity in Distance Learning Act are being used to purchase new devices for students and teachers.

    We hope everyone had a great day back on campus today and can't wait to see our students who return on Thursday. This is a reminder that Wednesday is an Online Learning Day for All MPSD Students for all grades.

  • 2020-21 MPSD Athletic Guidelines

    We are excited to begin another great year of Wildcat Athletics. This year we add several sports to the mix. Student-athletes will have the opportunity to compete in archery, bowling, and indoor track beginning this year. Our student-athletes are now able to compete in all 26 sports sanctioned by the Mississippi High School Athletics Association.
