We are so proud of the students at Ross Collins Career and Technical Center for earning their certifications. These certifications give each student an advantage while interviewing for jobs in their related career field.


Computer Science

Congratulations to 12th grader Sabrina Davis from Mr. Walt Littleton's class for becoming a Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer!

Python programming is a high-level, interpreted programming language widely used for various purposes, such as web development, scientific computing, data analysis, artificial intelligence, and more.


Engineering

Congratulations to Year 2 Engineering student Elijah McPhee for earning his SolidWorks Mechanical Design National Certification!

The certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA - Mechanical Design) certification exam validates expertise in SolidWorks 3D Design software with cutting-edge skills recognized in the engineering and design industry.


Culinary

Congratulations to Mr. Alan Topcik and his Year II Culinary Arts students! The students listed below passed their ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification! The ServSafe assessment, which is administered by the US National Restaurant Association, gives examinees the skills and knowledge needed to protect customers and remain up-to-date with the latest food safety regulations.
