The MHS Girls Powerlifting recently competed in the South State Competition at Gulfport High School on Saturday, March 4, 2023. Four lifters represented Meridian High on the platform with two making it to the state competition. 

Congratulations to all the lifters for working hard throughout this season.

Those student-athletes advancing to the State Competition are: Maliyah Hill-1st Place and Aaliyah Willis-3rd Place

The lifters will compete in State Powerlifting Championship Meet on March 31, 2023, in Jackson.
