Trio of Wildcats sign to play at next level

A trio of Meridian High School student-athletes announced that they had the opportunity to continue their academic and athletic careers during a ceremony held on the campus of Meridian High School on Friday, May 17, 2024.

Two senior track and field stars from Coach Regonal Walker’s squad made their decisions public, with Davion Smith announcing that he would be attending Coahoma Community College and Terrence Moore, Jr announcing his decision to attend the University of West Alabama.

Ranyha Pruitt, who played point guard for the Lady Wildcats basketball team, announced that she will continue her academic and athletic career at East Central Community College.
