Today was a big day for the Lady Wildcat Basketball Program as three seniors announced that they would be continuing their academic and athletic careers after graduating from Meridian High in May. The ceremony took place in the Multipurpose Building on the campus of Meridian High School.

Eboni Alford, Meridian Community College

Congratulations to Lady Wildcat Basketball student-athlete Eboni Alford. Alford signed to continue her academic and athletic career at Meridian Community College. She averaged 10 points and 9 rebounds per game during her senior season.

LaPrincess Powell, Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College

Congratulations to Lady Wildcat Basketball student-athlete LaPrincess Powell. Powell signed to continue her academic and athletic career at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. Powell had 13 charges and averaged 4 deflections per game during her senior season.

Syria Walker, Mississippi Walker, Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College

Congratulations to Lady Wildcat Basketball student-athlete Syria Walker. Walker signed to continue her academic and athletic career at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. She averaged 8 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 assists in her senior season.
